Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

When your order ships

Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday to Friday) and arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Alaska and Hawaii can take a few extra days.

Tracking

You'll get an email with your tracking number the day your order ships. If your tracking hasn't moved for 3 business days, email us and we'll sort it out.

Cancel before it ships

Email us any time before your order ships and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Christmas orders

To make sure a gift arrives in time for Christmas, order by December 15.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full at no cost to you.

Address mistakes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
