If your Couchside isn't right for any reason, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a refund.

Arrived damaged, faulty, or missing a part?

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send the missing or damaged part, a replacement table, or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send anything back.

Wrong item?

Email us and we'll send the right one and cover shipping both ways.

Changed your mind?

Before it ships: email us and we'll cancel and refund you in full. After delivery: email us within 30 days and we'll send return instructions. Please pack the table securely with all of its parts. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

When you get your money

Once your return reaches us, we refund you in full within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
